Scalability:

New improvements make it possible to handle higher transaction volumes and increase performance with large data loads.

Security and compliance:

Thanks to the integration of the Gaia-X Clearinghouse interface and other security enhancements, the system complies with industry standards and strengthens security measures.

Ease of use:

The modernized portal design and the optimized registration and administration processes ensure a seamless user experience.

Trace-X Traceability Application 14.0.1 - Traceability made easy

Trace-X is an open source solution for parts traceability. It helps companies to monitor components and batches along the entire supply chain - regardless of the size of the company.

Due to the link in the Catena-X-project, Trace-X enables a rapid response to events within the supplier network. Automated messages on quality-related incidents and tools for supply chain analysis help to act efficiently in dynamic times.

This end-to-end traceability creates trust and saves costs by maintaining clearly defined and secure data access rights.

Item Relationship Service 6.0.1 - Data chains as an asset

The Item Relationship Service (IRS) is a central component of the Catena-X network. It enables flexible and event-driven traceability along the entire value chain in the automotive industry.

The principles of IDSA and Gaia-X are upheld: the focus is on data interoperability and data sovereignty. The IRS is used to create data chains across multiple levels and make them available for various use cases.

Highlights of release 25.03

  • EDC & Orchestration: Optimized EDC negotiations and new API endpoints for asset queries and updates.
  • Performance & scaling: Improved batch and job processing as well as configurable threads for parallel jobs.
  • Functional extensions: Search for digital twins using the AAS identifier and stabilization of quality notifications.
  • New EDC version 0.9.0: Improved performance and bug fixes.

Our continuous support and involvement in these projects have contributed significantly to the successful integration into the current release. This was only possible thanks to the close cooperation with Cofinity-X, Catena-X e.V., the release and test management, Tractus-X and other partners.

Conclusion: Future-proof with Tractus-X

With the 25.03 release, Tractus-X sets new standards in terms of transparency, efficiency and security for supply chains. Use the new functions to design your processes even better and actively shape the future of the supply chain!
